Skyrocketing pandemic-related costs, including personal protective equipment (PPE), testing, staffing, and infection control, coupled with an underfunded system and a devastating legal climate, threaten the sustainability of your personal care and assisted living community.
We need your help to advocate for funding!
Last year PALA advocated for the CARES Act funding for your community. We must do that again. The American Rescue Plan did not specifically allocate funds to senior living but $7.3 billion has been allocated to Pennsylvania to be disbursed through the legislative process.
